We map your org chart, agree on the mandate, select the right city (Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai), and profile the site leader. Output: a signed GCC brief — not a deck. The brief triggers an immediate Build start. Two weeks, done.

02 — Build · Weeks 2–5

Site leader first. Pod around them.

We anchor a VP/Director-caliber site leader — globally mandated, India-resident. Our AI stack screens thousands of profiles; our team closes the shortlist fast. First engineering hire within 4 weeks. Full pod of 5–15 by week 5. Full EOR payroll from day one.
